Coastline BuildingSpecs. provides a bill to escrow option for all Home Improvement work performed by Coastline BuildingSpecs. The fee structure for billing escrow and the general public is as follows:

| Total work between $500 – $2000 | $95 |
| Total work above $2000 | $135 |
